    Pastor Max H. Graves, Jr.

    Pastor Max was ordained to the Gospel ministry in 1998. He has been pastoring for over 27 years. He is the founding pastor of Liberty Baptist Church, Norwalk, CA (January 2000).  He has been married to Leslie for 26 years (June 1998). Together they have 3 children: Kerstyn (Husband James and 1st Grandchild), Max III, and Ella, all of whom are faithfully serving the Lord in the church.

  • Pastor Jason P. Jasper

    Pastor Jason P. Jasper

    Pastor Jason was ordained to the Gospel ministry in 2005. He has been faithfully serving in the ministry at Liberty Baptist Church since its founding in many different capacities. He and Erin have been married for 22 years (June 2002). They have two beautiful daughters: Joy and Alexia, who continue in faithful service to the Lord through His church.

  • Pastor Kevin Cook

    Pastor Kevin Cook

    Pastor Kevin was ordained to the Gospel ministry in 2015. He has been faithfully serving at Liberty Baptist Church in the pulpit responsibilities and itinerant evangelism at rescue missions, men's rehab facilities, and pulpit supply for other churches in need for the last few years. He has been married to Heather for 13 years (October 2011). They have one beautiful daughter, Charly, who faithfully serves the Lord as a church musician (piano, ukelele, and violin).


Liberty Baptist Church is an Elder led congregation. We believe in a plurality of elders/pastors who share the responsibility of shepherding the flock. All of our elders are men who have demonstrated the call of God in their lives. They are set apart by the laying on of hands in ordination. They continue to be theologically trained in the doctrines of the faith. Moreover, they share the burden together of preaching, teaching, and administering the ordinances of the church.
